  • Breakfast: Pomegranate cereal, extra whole flax, vanilla soy milk, apple.
  • Lunch: Spiced tofu sandwich, lettuce, tomato, pepperoncini’s, pickles, veganaise, whole wheat bun.
  • Dinner: Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cucumber and kalamata olives with soy ginger vinaigrette
